I just bought Victoria's Secret Love Spell Body Spray, How do I apply it?

I just bought Victoria's Secret Love Spell Body Spray, and I would like to know how to use it so that I do not stink up the whole room, and so it is noticeable, but not to the point where people think that I wear too much. Even when I'm at school, how many hours / times can I wait to re-apply it and how would I find it again? Thanks for all the help you give!

I would spray a time in the upper chest or a spray on each wrist, or sometimes I use the body spray in my armpits to stay fresh smelling all day. But you do not re-apply only once a day, or you will stink up the room.
