Dear fashionistas, fashion lovers all over world.please help me with this problem dresses.?

I love dresses a lot.but problem is most of them are short sleeves and im muslim. (I found a long-sleeved gown, and it is Carolina Herrera's, $ 2800!). Be aware that I need to cover the whole body except hands and face. I have an idea to wear them with jeans and cover my exposed arms when put on suit jacket. when I reconsider wearing blazer is ok, but what about when the summer? not what will make me hot? please, I need your excellent advice in detail fashionistas.thanks a bunch. and I am on the students budget.
