What are some everyday things to do to improve your mind, body and soul.?

Okay, so I have a day planner and days starting tomorrow. I have almost nothing to make every day. All I have is, 'swim laps in the pool, make shopping list, read the book more, and Bible Study "… So what are some things I can do a habbit for me to do that will improve my health in my mind, body and soul ♥ Thank you!

I always know I'm in a good mood when I make up funny songs and sing. Sometimes if I start to slide feeling low I start to sing to my Swamp Monster (my big black dog). I make up lyrics on her to find her merman babes and I can really start to feel silly and laugh at myself, in return forget how many problems are steaming at my bulging wheel of life. I really feel that to be silly and laugh at yourself every once in a while (in private or in front of a loved one) may be great for fertilizing the soul. Do you have a pet to sing with, if not you should get one. Also read my Bible is very refreshing for my serious side effects.
